The most rewarding aspect of her job is building camaraderie with those she serves and establishing connections on a personal, human-to-human level to better understand the ways in which she can help them overcome their challenges. She believes that it is a professional privilege to work at LWC and she looks forward to every day that she can make an impact in patients’ lives.
Alison has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice-Forensic, and is currently earning a Master of Arts in Psychology. She applies LWC’s principles of balance in her own life by prioritizing time spent with her seven children and five grandchildren. She also enjoys time spent with her dogs Coco, Siri, and Hershey. She embraces her spirituality and Native American heritage by practicing prayer with sage in an effort to stay grounded and balanced with the universe.
