Clinical Case Manager

Ashley Akubuiro is a clinical case manager at Lido Wellness. She is the advocate for patients—walking with them through their treatment journey and making sure their treatment needs are met.

Her background in clinical psychology (and as a trained clinician) situates her in the unique position to ensure every client receives the treatment that is effective and appropriate. This is assessed through individual connections to fully understand the patient’s journey, expectations, and desires.

Ashley received her BS in Psychology and BA in Theology from Oakwood University MS in Neuroscience from the University of Iowa and MA in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

With a deep understanding that every person is unique and has differing mental-health needs, her primary focus is twofold: patients receive the best treatment for them and the whole person is taken care of. Lido Wellness Center is determined to provide holistic treatment for each patient, and this made a perfect connection for Ashley when she joined the team.

In her own words, “I chose Lido because each clinical and member of the team genuinely care about the wellbeing of the entire person. I’ve seen them go above and beyond to ensure each patient is getting what they need from their time with us.”

Ashley gets strength and satisfaction from balancing her work and home life. She believes sin leaving work at work, and when she’s home, being intentional to give attention to things that she enjoys—things that give her life.
