Stephanie Jenkins, NCBTMB, CMTC
Massage Therapist
Stephanie enjoys working with the Lido Wellness Center’s pain track team, as a Massage Therapist. She brings her passion for working in the healing field and helping others in her specialty of deep tissue, oncology, and prenatal massage.
Throughout her 12 years as a massage therapist, she has broadened her experience through a variety of roles, from working at resort spas to clinical chiropractic settings, and currently running her own thriving private practice. She studied massage in 2009 at The Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah. Stephanie’s education exceeded her expectations and prepared her for a number of positions in massage therapy, including clinical practice, private practice, and spa environments. Her credentialing includes certification by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and licensure by the California Massage Therapy Council (CMTC).
Her deepest enjoyment is in helping patients with chronic pain get back to activities they love and enjoy with a greater range of motion, more supple joints, and reduced pain. Massage therapy is more than a career to Stephanie, it’s a passion and life choice. Self-care is a priority for her as it helps her to be strong and mobile for her work, from practicing yoga and lifting weights to receiving regular massages and being outside, as much as possible. She’s grateful to work with the Lido Wellness Center team because they reflect the same philosophy and mindset. Working with like-minded wellness practitioners to help patients have their health and wellness needs met, is a priority for Stephanie.
