Excessive Worry:
Persistent, overwhelming thoughts about potential dangers, risks, or uncertainties in the future, often interfering with daily activities.
Many of us worry about what tomorrow brings. That worry compounded with fear and uncertainty about the future can create anxious feelings. However, regularly having disproportionate levels of anxiety that interfere with everyday life is considered unhealthy, and that is when we should consider an anxiety disorder treatment program.

Chronic nervousness, irritability, or a sense of being on edge, which can manifest as physical restlessness or agitation.
Trouble focusing or sustaining attention, often because of intrusive, anxious thoughts.
These can include trouble sleeping, changes in appetite, panic attacks, and other stress-induced physical responses like muscle tension or headaches.
Anxiety disorders are a category of mental illness that includes features of excessive fear, behavioral disturbances, and anxiety. Anxiety disorders are differentiated by the types of objects and situations that induce sensations and feelings of fear, avoidance, and thoughts. Ignoring anxiety can create serious health issues that affect the cardiovascular system.
Anxiety can cause rapid heart rate, palpitations, and even chest pain. Those who suffer from anxiety may also be at an increased risk of high blood pressure and heart disease. Individuals who already have heart disease are at even higher risk of heart issues.
Anxiety is generally uncomfortable. It can involve us being fearful, uneasy, and tense, or overwhelm us with an abundance of concern that something bad is looming. It can manifest with chronic worry, inability to fall asleep or sleep through the night. Physical ailments such as muscle tension, nausea, and diarrhea, and other symptoms may impact normal daily activities like work, relationships with friends and family, and overall quality of life.
