Connect

Our caring and experienced admissions team welcomes your call and are ready to help you and your family in this important decision. Your first call is dedicated to gathering information about you, answering your questions about our program and recommended next steps.

Financial Overview

We are an out-of-network program and can contact your insurance provider to obtain a quote of benefits. We can work with most PPO insurances to reduce treatment costs. Your admissions specialist will review this information with you to ensure a clear understanding so you can make an informed decision regarding your treatment options.

Assessment

We will schedule your assessment with our Program Director at your convenience, either over the phone or in-person. This helps us get to know your needs and guides our team to create the best clinical treatment plan for you. With clinical approval that we are the right program for you, we will proceed to scheduling your admission.

Admission

Our admissions specialist will work with you and your family to arrange your arrival date and connect you with our team who will welcome you and get you settled in to the program and/or your Lido Wellness Living housing.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

The No Surprises Act went into eect January 1, 2022 which requires us to provide a Good Faith Estimate of the costs of care.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
